Service

Running Evolution provides independent training analysis, planning and readiness guidance. Provider integrations allow you to bring authorized data into that experience.

Eligibility and account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential and use only accounts and provider connections you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

Not medical advice

Scores and recommendations are informational fitness tools and are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Provider data

You must connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Google, Fitbit, WHOOP, Garmin and COROS retain their respective trademarks, services and data rights. Running Evolution is not endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.

Commercial service

Any subscription fee covers functionality created by Running Evolution, such as cross-provider analysis, planning and coaching features. Provider data itself is not sold, licensed or rented.

The Pro plan starts with a 30-day free trial and then renews monthly at €9.99 including applicable tax unless cancelled before the renewal date. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices. You can update your payment method or cancel renewal from Manage account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and access remains available until then.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, subscription fees already charged are not refunded for partially used billing periods. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A summary of cancellation and any applicable withdrawal rights is available at https://www.pd-running.com/withdrawal.php.

Service changes and availability

We may update, improve or remove features where reasonably necessary, including changes caused by provider API limitations, infrastructure maintenance, abuse prevention or legal requirements. External providers may change or interrupt their APIs at any time, so continuous availability of every provider metric cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse provider APIs, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content or violate another person’s privacy or provider terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Manage account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, fraud, security threats or unlawful use, especially where third-party provider terms or platform security are affected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Running Evolution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, interrupted training plans or provider outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

Consumer law and governing law

Mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence remains unaffected. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator’s place of business or residence.
